COLOR SHIFT after Processing

Postby NNN634983132166346890 » Mon Nov 17, 2014 8:53 am

All images in Out Put folder, that is all colors are shifted, its not the same yellow color I apply in CO7 before processing.
After all images in .TIFF look different after processing. I even see when images are about to end processing (at that moment I'm in the Out Put Folder) I can see how all colors shift a bit when done processing. I was shooting with P30+ on H2 Hasselblad camera.

You can post a link to the image. So you first post the image somewhere on the internet to link to. If you use the "Img" tag which you can above the edit window when you post, the link is diplayed as an image, not just a link.

I've come to expect a color shift after processing. Anyone with a critical eye will notice it.

That shouldn't be expected as long as scaling is the same.
If you'd like to post details/examples we'd be happy to have a look.

Most of the time scaling is different on deliverables to clients. There are small differences in density and contrast that I notice. I just process 1 image to see if it's in range.

What type of image are we looking at in the C1 viewer? Is it a Jpeg?

I have the same problem since I use CO8 on the iMac.
There are very different colors and the image is less saturated in PS.
On the Macbook Pro the colors are identically after processing.
Don't know for now what I could have changed or set different.
Any ideas?

I've got a similar issue with a magenta cast in the shadows (I posted a thread in the 8.x forum). Running 8.1 on OS X 10.10.1 and 10.9, MacBook Pro Retina.
Anybody solved this yet?
