C1 & pilot

I'm trying to connect C1 (6.4.3), windows 7, to an I Pad (2) and can't get the pad to find the server. I'm not very literate with computers and need to know what to do. I've searched but no luck in getting detailed help. Any help appreciated.

They need to be connected on the same local network. Start Capture Pilot on your iPad. Next, you start Capture Pilot (Image Server) in Capture One. On your iPad, the name of your Capture One/Capture Pilot server should almost immediately appear in Capture Pilot.

Tip: switch Bluetooth off in the iPad.
