Pls help! CO DB doesn\t see my P30 back (

Hi there,

I just renewed my Windows XP on the laptop and alas, after having connected my P30 DB to the laptop through FireWire cord, the CO DB 3.7.8 software (which came with the back) doesn't see the back ((

Any hint? Thanks

PS My system sees the FireWire device ok. I have the c1p1394 driver in my drivers folder.
PPS Also none of my 2 FireWire cords solves the issue. Not a cord problem...

Try the Microsoft driver down dater in this article: http://xchange.phaseone.com/HOME/Conten ... 20-%20Main

It's written for SP2, but it works for SP3 as well.

Hi,
I have the same problem. My PC does not see my P30 back. Windows XP SP3.
But the link does not work anymore.
What should I do?
