PhaseOne XF Power share

Hey digi fam. Just had an issue with an XF body and the IQ4 150 not power sharing between body and back batteries, so not able to hot swap.

Anyone come across this? A feature that’s always buggy or is it just a firmware issue? body was taken away by the dealer and we’re shooting with a replacement body now. Is a work around running in external power/POE or a little battery bank a better option if it’s just a bug?

Contact support about this, it could be as easy as a firmware upgrade.
