P25 + H2

Let preface this with the fact that I am aware that the P25 is an old back
I recently bought a H2 and a P25/80mm f2.8 from ebay and mpb.com and I am running into overexposure and very strange issues.

MPB are a trusted retailer so I would assume that the items i got from them were tested working before they put them up for sale. I am aware that problems with the lens shutter blades can cause over exposure but the issue I am experiencing has me stumped.

There are less issues in darker scenes but there are still visible issues.

I am aware there was some movement in this image which explains the blurryness but I am really confused about the overexposed areas. I have tried everything from exposure comp but I still get issues even with -5 stops.

Is this issue caused by the back, the body or the lens?

This does look like an electronic issue in the back and it should be serviced.
