In order to load my session, I had to license v12, originally I have a case open to return the license. Else no access to the session and images.

I quote your first post. I am still puzzled by the actions you took and in what order. In particular that you state that you had to license v12, else no access to sessions and images, while there is a 30-day trial.

While running a trial, you bought CO 12. Was that a CO Pro 12 upgrade from CO Pro 11? And did you activate the license (according to Phase One you did). The more I look into this thread, the more questions I have about your actions and what you intended to achieve.

The discussion on the refund is between you and Phase One. Users can only help you to achieve the results with Capture One you are after. I hope we will be successful on that in the future.
