i always got BSOD when open CAPTURE ONE PRO 12

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Processor i9-9980XE
RAM 128GB
GPU QUADRO RTX 5000

can you help me ?

Create a Support Case to ask the C1 Support Team for help and attach the log files.

Also take a look at the Windows Crash report and perhaps have a look at the WIndows Event log to see if there are messages that might point to specific problem areas.
