View Only?

View Only?

Hi!

I have imported my files from several LR catalogs. Now I see that some of the pictures are set to read only: I see the "eye icon" in the lower right corner. But non of these files are set to read only on OS level (Win 10).

It seems that this hapens to TIFF files (but not all of them). RAW, JPGs etc are not affected at all as far as I can see.

Any one else with such an issue? How can I unlock them?

I am using C1 12.0.1.

In Preferences, on the Image tab, is the box to enable TIFF editing checked?

Yes, TIFF editing is enabled.

What sort of TIFF files are they?

Black and White?

Maybe it would be worth checking page 13 of the Release Notes, notably "Other File Support" to make sure your files are not candidates for the limitations mentioned?
