subscription expiration warning will no stop

about a week ago, I got a message that my subscription for capture one 12 would expired on Feb 23rd and auto renew was not enabled. it suggested I set auto renew on if I which to continue the subscription. That day I logged into my account and set auto renew on and entered updated credit card info.

Since then every timeI open capture one pro 12 , I get a message that my subscription will b e auto renewed on feb 23rd.

why do I need to see the same message every time I open Capture One.. It's real annoying.

I checked with tech support and the response was tough. live with it.

Are others seeing this in their last month of subscription?

I'd suggest to clear your cache & preferences and see if that works.
