Just seen this update and installed it.

I like the new masking feature to include radial masks.

Not too sure about the new fonts and the style foe the menu items but things change and we get used to them eh?

Looking pretty good, performance seems good - I just don't seem to be able to change my graphic tablet settings (like pen button assignments), it keeps reverting to the standard input settings.
And yes, I have selected CaptureOne v12 ;-)

I only just upgraded to v11 six weeks ago (on 17/10)!
Do I have to pay yet more money if I want to upgrade or should I qualify for a free upgrade?

Login to the Phase One website and you will see your upgrade option. It automatically retrieves your older key.

Unfortunately, you bought your license before the grace period started (from 1 Nov.).

So what bugs were fixed exactly? Can't really justify just a pretty interface and gradient tools for $100.

Serioiusly.

At first glance this looks like a really thin release for the price. A bigger font, and some new masking features - that's it? How extensive are these UI 'improvements'?

I think I'll just wait for a while and see if P1 doesn't come down to Earth just a bit. That must have been a heckuva release party they had.

Shame,

The new masking tool is great but the new UI is awful. And the fact that the lighter grey tool background cannot be changed in this 'highly' configurable program is surprising to say the least.

Who wanted bigger fonts and menus? 4K display users I guess? Why no option for legacy settings?

Still no stacking of images, still some programmable shortcuts not working.

The price for the upgrade is steep too!

I hate Lightroom but at least you get Photoshop with it, Capture One upgrade is now the same price as an Adobe subscription!
Kind Regards,

Whoa. They lightened up the background on the UI, and I can't change it?

How many updates came out in CO11? One? How many bugs were actually fixed in that time? Maybe a couple? Are you guys actually fixing anything and do I seriously have to pay $100 just to get the product I already paid for fixed?

Where do you post bug reporte?
The info tab does not display colour space and lens name correctly if it runs to two lines of info (most items).
