You need to establish an internet connection. For some reason Capture One is not able to connect to the activation server. Check your firewall and antivirus software.

Does this mean I should not plan on being able to use Phase One if I do not have WiFi for my boat computer for 30 days???

For subscriptions, that may be the case. For perpetual licenses probably not.

I say 'may be' and 'probably' because I do not pretend to be 100% secure on this.
