C1 doesn't print full page on Canon Pro-1000

I've spent half a day trying to get C1 to print a 17X22 properly on the Canon Pro-1000. It cuts off about 1/3 through.
First it was "failed filter"error , fixed that with a reinstall of the canon driver, (haven't printed since I upgraded to Mojave, so...).
Then I tried printing with LightRoom. not a problem, full page printed without a hiccup.
All printer settings are the same.

Any ideas?

Same issue here with a Canon Pro100s.

Prints stops halfway, same error message.
Lightroom is OK, I've also contacted Canon support and they just said to check with my software support.

Also having problems with printing to Canon Pro-1000 like not being able to cancel the larger bottom margin, even if the margins are larger than the minimum margin setting.

I can workaround it by exporting a tif, etc. open that in Photoshop (edit tif) and print from the canon print plugin for PS

Support replied to me :
If I deactivate Open CL I can now print full job with no interruptions.
I don’t really know the inconvenience of having open CL off but at least I can disable it when I need to print.

+1 same issue here. I wasted *A LOT* of paper and ink trying to resolve this and eventually ended up exporting to TIFF and printing from Preview.

PhaseOne seems to be struggling to manage version updates. Even with 12.0.1, I still have an issue where the software cannot read layer masks and replaces them with blank ones. This has been going on for three versions :(

@Dimicology, thanks or the info.

Kind of ridiculous that C1 would miss this.

I’ll be sending another bug fix request.

I have same issue on Epson surecolor sc-p800. Need to Create Tiff file and print from viewer.

I have the same issue with the Canon Pro-100s. I notice that this happens when the print quality specified in the printer driver results in "1200 ppi" appearing in the "Resolution" selection of the C1 "Print" interface (usually non-matte media and custom 1 or 2 quality setting within the printer driver). I have not had this problem when that value is "600 ppi." I also have resorted to exporting a TIFF and printing from Affinity Photo with no problems.

There is another problem with printing from the C1 Print interface. If I choose a printer/paper ICC profile from the "Color Profile" selector in the C1 Print interface, the ICC is not correctly applied to the printed output. If I instead open the "Print Settings" panel and choose the ICC from within the "Color Matching" "Color Sync" selector of the printer driver, then the ICC is correctly applied to the printed output.

I reported this issue to C1 tech support a few months ago when it started after upgrading to Mojave. I print to an Epson P800. The same images print without any problems with On1 Photo RAW 2019, Apple Preview or Affinity Photo.

The filter fail problem has evolved to getting the error without the printer printing 2/3rds of a print. It only happens when printing 13x19 and larger paper sizes. Now, the filter fail doesn't start the printer so at least I'm not wasting paper and ink.

I have discovered that if I print b&w using the Epson Advanced b&w settings to have the printer manage the process, I can print a 11x14 on a 13x19 paper size successfully.

After hours of back and forth and multiple uninstalls and reinstalls of the Epson driver at the request of C1 tech support, today they finally acknowledged that the issue is with their application, version 12. Now they pushed it up to their developers. We shall see if they come back with a fix.

For now, my workaround is to use C1P to output the final image to a TIFF and then print this TIFF using On1 Photo RAW 2019. Since I print infrequently, this is an acceptable solution for now.
