Yay!

I've been beta-testing the past few weeks and with the latest iteration the Fujifilm film simulations look extremely good. In fact the beta looked so good I've finally ditched my Adobe subscription. Great news that the official release is here!

Emile

edit: but the upgrade price went up again...

Can someone tell me how to update from a previous version? It's a real mystery on their website.

Can anyone confirm if there have been improvements to the whole print process which I find in 11.3 is unintuitive and dare I say it buggy?

What is the policy as regards upgrading from older versions - how recent does your existing license have to be? One version? More?

On the second menu row from top I see 'overview' 'download' 'buy now' 'upgrade' 'features' etc.

I'm logged in at the website so it knows I have a previous release. If you don't see 'upgrade' I would suggest logging in first.

Hi
I have already upgraded from CO10 to CO11 in June this year, am I entitled to a free upgrade to CO12 now that it supports Mac OS Mojave?
Thanks

I purchased 11 in June 2018. A basic upgrade from 11 to 12 is $206.00 CAD. An upgrade with a complete styles package is $491.00 CAD. In today's world, these prices should be for new software, not just an upgrade.

Does anyone know if "Refined user interface" means a faster user interface?

Within 10 minutes of using C1 12 Beta 1 I knew this was a definite upgrade.

While it ran faster with fewer crashes and the user interface has a cleaner design, it was the new layers (gradients, sphere and Luma Range) that was an instant hit. When working with large vol of keyworded files with combined keywords of 1k (when selecting all files at once) it was faster than C1 11, not quite as fast as C1 10 but good improvement.

Well done all involved!

The grace period ran from 1 Nov. 2018, so it is a no for you, I am afraid.
