Cannot download

I have tried numerous times to download the Sony software but keep getting 'network error (tcp_error) operation timed out

There's no specific "Sony software" to download. There's only one app for all run-modes. You select the run-mode you want on first launch, or you can change it afterwards through the License... menu item.

I couldn't download Capture One but after waiting around 20 minutes I was able to do so! Thanks for your fast support SOLVED
