Hi everyone!

Was wondering if anyone would be able to chime in on performance improvements on a 15" 2015 MBP.

Would I see any noticeable gains on performance using sessions and tethered shooting on COP11 compared to COP10?

I mainly use Nikon D850 and D810 and shoot an average of 4000-10000 images in a session.

Also, would anyone know if there'd be a noticeable gain in performance if I get a 2013 Mac Pro? I'm thinking of getting one for studio sessions (and keep the MBP for location work), where I'd be running 2 external Eizo screens. I usually keep Photoshop, Indesign, and backup software running along with COP10 so I'd assume I'd be able to run things better.

Does anyone know which processor would be best for my needs? I'm deciding between a 6-core 3.5Ghz CPU or 8-core 3.0Ghz processors (along with 64GB RAM, D700 GPU and 1TB SSD)

Thanks so much and I would appreciate any help and advice.

10000 images per session?? Wonder how many rolls of films that is...

I have the same set up including Nikon and it works fine. Never had any problems so far, but I dont shoot 10k per session. I get to 100 maybe?? more than that I get mad at myself
