Is there a possibility to turn the AF assist light of the A1 on. It works with my Nikons but with the XF it's not working. :(
Thanks,
Ben

The AF assist can be turned on manually on the A1 (page 2 of the menu), but I don’t think the auto function can be made to work as it requires communications from the camera that I don’t think Air/TTL supports. I believe the AF assist status is transmitted via the hot shoe accessory pins for the Nikon (and Cannon) systems.

Thanks Phil
I started a feature request.
Maybe Phase and Profoto can make
this work via Air with the next feature update
for the XF. I think this is an important feature.
The white AF light of the XF is often too bright
(even at 50%) and hurts in the eyes.

Ben
