Postby NN635670435860582732UL » Tue Apr 19, 2016 2:56 pm

Hello

I have an #202 error "power too low" with one of my XF camera body firmware 2.01.2
It's a 3400mAh which is working perfectly with the other XF camera body
I'have reinstalled the XF firmware with the same result
Could you help me ?
Many thanks

Oliver I am experiencing this on occasion and have started marking the batteries that are causing it. Hope its a battery problem and not a camera problem.

Will update when I know more.

I have found that some batteries are coming up with that error. My quick fix is to put a Gaf tape on the bottom of the battery. Stack Gaf tape as need. (Note: that batteries with tape will not fit into the IQ DBs.) Long term fix is the get new pad for the body battery door. Contact your dealer or us Harwin Camera

Is this really the issue? This only started after the latest body firmware update.. while I agree that foam is troublesome, is this perhaps a firmware issue?

I am having the same issue suddenly on batteries that have worked fine with the XF for the past 6 months.

I had the same problem. Solved by increasing the foam inside the battery door. The battery needs to be truly snug tight up as high as it can go.

After the last major firmware update I was getting a "capture and mirror box” error. I've since the updated the camera with some beta firmware sent to me from Capture Integration. Problem solved! No more capture or mirror box error.
It was only then I began to get the #202 error with different, fully charged batteries. This error never occurred prior to the latest update so I'm hard pressed to think that its a mechanical issue with the battery door. I've found that removing the battery while the camera is still on and then re-inserting it solves the issue until the camera is falls "asleep" or is turned off again.
The #202 error sometimes pops up immediately upon waking/powering up the camera or randomly during shooting but removing the battery and reinserting it consistently solves the issue...until it doesn't...

It seems this problem is already under inspection - and it seems to be indeed a firmware-issue.

Same here, incredibly annoying. Time to downgrade to the original feature update #3.

I have just installed Update 3.03.5 from Capture Integration's website. They are still testing this update. Seems to be working very well for me!
