Hi

As Capture One 7 is discontinued in (replaced by Capture One 8 ) there is no updated to expect.
Capture One 8 is 100% Windows 10 compatible.

I decided to be adventurous and tried my C1 7.x.x with Windows 10.

So far I personally have not had any problem - which is great. I will continue to test but since I only use the very basic functions of C1 (expo/white balance adjustment, jpeg development of my travel pics), I am just wondering - have there been any problems reported with C1 7.x.x and Windows 10 that I don't know about?

I will be in Fiji shortly and have multiple laptops but the lightest laptop that I prefer to bring with me is the one with Windows 10. I am not a pro and don't use this program enough to keep upgrading to C1 8.x or 9.x (customer for 10 years plus since 3.x.x). Thanks in advance and sorry if I have not done my search adequately. :D

Thank you.

What issues have been experienced with Win 10 and C1 12 ? I have heard horror stories about Win 10 refreshing/updating in the middle of an edit session, etc. Issues with access to images on the cloud? Who actually owns those images? Win 10 users have noted that they can't access their images unless they are paid up for the year. Will my clients need to have Win 10 in order for them to access the images in the cloud? If I download my Win 10 images to DropBox, will they actually be in DropBox or is that just a link into the W10 cloud? If I process my IQ4 151 RAW files, with W10, and, then transfer the RAWs and my processed files onto my own external hard drives, will I actually have all of my initial RAW files, on my external HDD, as well as all of the processed files? If I want to Photoshop a processed file, can I start with my external HDD storage device, do the PS work on the file image and restore it back to my external HDD device? If I want to edit my IQ4 151 RAW images out of the office, with no possible internet connection, will Win 10 work?

Does Capture 1 work with Linux?
