Hi There

I have capture one 7 and a 5D Mark III and I used to be able to shoot tethered.

We were burgled and my macbook stolen so I now have a new macbook and downloaded capture one 7 again but I can't get my camera to register or be recognised. I can't remember what I did or how I did it before have gone through trouble shooting etc but I dn't seem to be able to make it work

Please help!

Firstly, to cover the basics, have you initiated or activated Capture One as the Pro version?

If not that would be the place to start.

If you have then there is a need to look elsewhere.

In the Preferences there is a setting used to make cameras from several manufacturers available for tethering. Make sure that the Canon option is ticked.

What happens after you have checked those items are correctly set?
