Cannot access Capture or Output files

Cannot access Capture or Output files

All files are grayed out in CaptureOne7. Am unable to access Capture files or Output files without jumping through import hoops. Is this a result of automatic backups (CrashPlan, CarbonCopyCloner, TimeMachine)? Is there a work around other than not backing CaptureOne up?

Hi Roger,

Maybe it makes your issue more clear when you give more details about your workflow.

To make a start, if you use the catalog in CO7, you have to import any file before it is accessible from within CO7.
If you use session, you can browse to any folder from the Library tool.

For background information, which mode are you running - Pro, Express or DB?
