You will cock the shutter and trigger the shutter and then cock and fire the shutter again within 2 seconds. The first shot tells the back that you're about to take a photo and the second shot is the one that creates the image... Now you might not have to do this because Leaf backs don't use sleeping architecture, but it's something to be aware of.
