I have a question about the no downtime guarantee for my XF/IQ3-100. I bought it in the Netherlands from Eyes on Media when I lived there. Later, EOM stopped selling Phase One gear and I had to go to Belgium to another dealer for repairs. Since then, I have moved to upstate New York. This is about two hours north of New York City. Do I have to send the camera and back to Digital Transitions in Manhattan for repair under the no downtime guarantee?
The two issues I have at the moment are these:
1) Several bright red, green, and white pixels. Are these dead pixels? They appear in the same location in multiple shots. I had an issue like that with my IQ250 that resulted in a replacement.
2) The grip on my XF feels loose. It probably needs a minor adjustment.
