Touch Screen Issue - IQ3 Trichromatic Back

Today, last row of my IQ3 Trichromatic back's touch screen stopped working. By 'last row' I mean "Contextual menu" on the right and battery status related menu on the left and other menus in that row stopped working. When I touch those regions nothing seem to happen. This was working till yesterday. The rest of the touch screen (other menu options) work as usual. The attached picture below shows couple of menus that I tried a few times which does not work.


I have removed both the batteries (XF & Digital Back) and inserted freshly charged ones, restored the digital back to "default setting" and reloaded the latest firmware (CameraSystem4.02.7.fwp). Nothing has helped.

Any of you have faced this issue? Any help?

I suggest you contact the Phase One partner from whom you purchased this IQ3 from if you not already have.
From troubleshooting we will find the appropriate course of action in order to resolve this.
