My IQ160 / 645DF set is failing me again (reliability definitely isn't Phase One's strong point). Of course this happens on the first day of a four day shoot on location in Spain, which was yesterday (saturday). Today it is sunday and I'm still desperately trying to reach Phase One for support and for the 24h replacement under the Value Added warranty program that I paid for. If anyone can point me to the right phone number I'd be very grateful.

Move to the XF camera, the 645DF is a pain in the arse... I upgraded to the xf a long time ago and was the best move ever. My 645DF need the batteries pulling out about every half an hour..

Reliability is, in fact, Phase One's single strongest point.

The issue is the DF wasn't *really* a Phase One product. It was a Mamiya body that Phase One tried to patch up. It wasn't super reliable.

The XF is an entirely different experience. It is a Phase One product through-and-through and was a ground-up new design. It's rock solid.

In the future, to initiate any service or support you should contact the dealer from whom you purchased. They are your first and primary point of service/support.
