IQ180 <-> IQ380 Difference in Picture Quality?

Hello! I am new to this Forum. My Name is Bernhard and I live in Germany.
Photography is my Hobby. I take Photos of Landscape and Buildings on my Holiday Trips in Asia and (North)Europe.
I have Hasselblad H3DII50 with five Lenses.
I like to have an Upgrade and tried the IQ 3100 with XF. Resolution is fantastic, but i don´t like the Colours.
I tried also the 50 MPix Version with Result in the same Direction.
So i am thinking about a CCD 80 MPix Back.
I will have to use a Hasselblad Body (H5X?), because I want GPS-Data with my Pictures without using seperate electronic Device.
So, my Question is: Will I have better Pictures with the Series 3 Back?

Not really they have the same sensor the only difference for you would be a wifi and long exposure mode

Slight modification.

The sensor is similar but not the same.
One of the differences is the long exposure capabilities.
Image quality in a short exposure with base iso would be more or less identical.
The IQ3 generation also have power sharing and advance controls on the XF camera.
Something that the IQ1 series does not have.
