How to export images from the camera..Help!

A little help for the rookie? How do I export or transfer images from my IQ180 back into Capture1 for mac using the camera as the device?

Take the CF card from the back and put it in your card reader. Or, shoot tethered directly into the computer with Capture One.

These are your options.
