IQ250 Dead !!!

IQ 250 screen lights up but won't boot up the firmware.
Was working 5 days ago no problem. Please advice ??
Is there a key combo to use while adding power to back ??

In cases like this, first call should always be to your dealer so they can suggest troubleshooting and arrange repair if needed.

One thing you can do is hold the top two silver buttons and insert a battery this will repair or restore firmware to factory version. (be sure to do this with the back disconnected from the camera body).

I had the same problem with my almost brand new IQ160 a few weeks ago. I got the 'IQ160' startup screen but nothing else. I tried different batteries, two different bodies, different lenses, disconnecting the back, everything. In the end we started preparing the backup Nikon camera system. Half an hour later we came back to the Phase One it miraculously started up again, and we finished the day on the Phase One. We only lost an hour of shooting time that day.

Hi I have this problem on my IQ260. Anyone got any advice?

I tried everything above. But the splash screen, or startup screen, stayed where it is.
