Relevance of actuation count

Hi, Can someone please tell me the relevance of the actuation count on a digi back with very few moving parts. Do the sensors eventually loose fidelity?

Thx, Neville

Hi

It is basically irrelevant.
The camera back has no moving parts (except for buttons).

Theoretically a sensor can loose sensitivity over time. However, we have measured sensors which have had millions of actuation and have found any loss to small to measure.
Kind Regards

Thanks, Ulf, that confirmed my suspicions.

I saw an ad for a Phase back listing the details and wondered why.

Cheers,
