Question regarding:Phase One H25, H20, H101, H10, H5, LightPhase, PowerPhase FX / FX +, PowerPhase, PhotoPhase and StudioKit.
Leaf Valeo, C-Most, Cantare, Volare and DCB.

Serial no. of the back is BK000 and I tried to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. However, it is report error during the upgrade. Then, I have try serveral times to upgrade again but report "Failed to lock the firmware". Please advise what I needed to do. Thanks.

The worst now. The message is

"The Boot Prom must be updated!"

In the case of an update of boot code you may have to return the back for service at Phase One. Your first step is to arrange service through a Phase One authorized dealer.
