Light Phase 2.6 (July 2001) support

Postby gmmba2003 » Sun Apr 06, 2008 3:42 pm

Hello,

I'm new to phase one product (i.e. just bought a used Light Phase, first time), and I've got a \"Light Phase 2.6\" software for MAC OS. I hope you can help me with the following questions:

1) Can I download the Win OS version of \"Light Phase 2.6\"? How can I do that?
2) Is this software similar to \"Capture One\"?

Thank you for your help, I look forward to hear from you.

Yours sincerely,
Al

Hello

That is a very old software for Mac OS 9 and Windows 98SE only.
What you can do is to use the Capture One DB instead which is available for for Mac OS X and Windows 2k/XP
What you will need is a product key to unlock the programs features.
You can run it as a trail with full functionallity for 30days.

To obtain a key simply go to http://support.phaseone.com and click on contact support. Simply write that you would like a key for Capture One DB and what the serial number is of your back and we will provide you with one free of charge.
Kind Regards

Hello Ulf,

Thank you for your email. If I download the Capture One DB for a 30-day free trail, would I need to purchase another copy after the trail? Or would you have a Win98 version (of LightPhase 2.6) that I can download from the PhaseOne web site?

Thanks again for your help, I look forward to hear from you.

Yours sincerely,
Al

You do not need to purchase anything.
If you contact support we can give you an unlock code for it free of charge.

We can arrange a really old copy as well, but from your own point of view you probably do not want it because if you run in to an issue we would probably ask you to update anyway.

The quality and performance of the application has dramatically improve so why not draw a benefit from the last many years of research and development?
