Leaf Aptus 75 reset

Hi

I have a Leaf Aptus back that have stopped working

It thinks it is a Valeo 22 back and can only be started connected to my computer as a Valeo 22 back

Is there a way to hard reset the back so it gets back to factory settings again?

I can not do it from the menu as the bach refuse to start on battery

Hi

This can only be fixed by connecting the camera back to production software.
A reset will not reset back to "normal" as it seem your back have lost its "normal" settings.
So it has to be connected to a production computer in order to tell the back what it is and probably sensor gain files and similar unique files have to be re-uploaded to the back.

Hi Ulf,
Today my Leaf Aptus 75s (Firmware 4.700, Hasselblad V) started to refuse working properly. After taking a picture the orange LED keeps blinking (like processing) but it doesn't stop and no image is shown. It only stops when I turn it off. Before I take a photo everything else seems to work normally (menu etc.) May I contact the support too?
