To shoot infrared you will have to arrange for the camera back to be sent to factory to have the IR filter on the back to be removed and refocused.
After this, when shooting "normal" light, you will have to use lens mounted IR filers.
When it comes to UV, the IQ180 is very poor on this and so is most digital cameras which is not purpose built.
We have some backs, like the Achromatic+ which can dip in to the UV spectra but does not go much below 300nm
