Hi,
I have a phaseone 645df+, a IQ180 DB and a Schneider Kreuznach 240mm f/4.5 LS AF.
This camera is used for scientific purpose, shooting every 10 s (miroir up), during 5 hours for each test.
It (the DB) is connected to a MacPro 2009 (firewire) to acquire the images (capture one).
The camera takes pictures of a mechanical device. This mechanical device is controlled by
a PC with LabView (national instrument) software.
My question is : I would like to make pictures only when my mechanical device is in some specific positions.
For that, I need to synchronize the 645df+ with my LabView software trough a USB E/S device (NI USB-6343).
The idea is to send to the 645df+ a "signal" through the NI USB-6343 (e/s electronic card) to make pictures, pictures that
are acquire by Capture One on the Mac Pro.
i) Which connector should is use on the DF645+ to do that? The "Electronic Shutter Release Contact" connector or the "Synchro Terminal"?
ii) Is it possible to have the full datasheets of the connector that I'll have to use ?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards
