645DF+ microprism focus screen question

Does installing the microprism focus screen interfere with autofocus on the 645 DF+? Depending on the subject I frequently prefer manual focus and would like a better screen for it, but I don't want to give up the auto focus functionality.

Auto Focus has no interaction with the Prism.

Is there a "better" screen for the 645DF+ (clearer, split image, faster, etc. ) ? I was under the impression that the supplied screen was the only screen available.

There are a few available but I am not sure what you mean by "Faster"? The Focusing screen is simply a screen, it plays no part in the operation of Auto Focus.
