Mamiya Authorised Service Centre UK

Postby LDJ » Thu Mar 01, 2012 7:16 pm

Does anyone know if there is currently a Mamiya Authorised Service Centre in the UK or, if not, who should be contacted?

I have recently bought an AF 55mm f2.8 lens which, after testing, definitely has some decentering issues. Naturally I want to sort this out. I could return the lens to the original retailer and get another copy to try but, from past experience, I know that the process of testing different lenses is time consuming and frustrating and that retailers also tend to get annoyed by multiple returns. I would rather get a lens that I think is fundamentally sound repaired and calibrated by a service centre.

Does anyone know who should be contacted in this situation?

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks

If the lens is new and under warranty the retailer should be able to handle it for you, either with us or with Japan,

Failing that, create a support case and we'll advise you what to do:
