This lens is for RB cameras but should work fine on a RZ in "RBL" mode.
The SF stands for "Soft Focus" and the "C" indicates that lens elements are multicoated rather the single coated like first RB lenses was.
This lens should work on all versions of RB which is different from the "KL" lenses which only work on RB PRO-SD due to a larger bayonet mount.

That is a question I can not answer.
I would browse eBay if I where you and see what is being asked for similar lenses.

Also, i suggest you look around for the 3 soft focus disks that go with the lens. They are about an inch round and are like small filters, but made of metal and with lots of little holes in them to give the soft focus effect. One will usually be inside the lens (the front part unscrews - but be gentle), the other 2 are probably in a clear filter case somewhere. The lens is much less useful, and saleable without these disks.
