120mm T/S

Can anyone tell me whether the new Schneider 120mm T/S lens is compatible with the auto extension rings and therefore whether its likely to be usable/useful with subjects like jewellery?

Does the lack of a reply mean that no one at Phase One knows the answer? Or have I asked a stupid question?

Extension Tubes are built to a Physical Specification. They have the exact same mount to receive a lens as the Camera Body, they also have the exact same mount to connect to a camera body as a lens.

It remains to be seen how the sharpness will be with that lens when using an extension tube. I'm hoping for the same solution but fear that I will need to invest in the macro for close work. I currently use the extension tubes with my 75-150 which is ok but I rent a macro on important jobs that require me to be in close. If you do go the extension tube route you might want to look at the Mamiya, quite a bit cheaper for the same product.

Hi, I use extension tubes with my 120 TS with no real drop in sharpness.
