Aptus II 10 & RZ67 Pro IID

Postby NNN635460251001453939 » Thu Sep 11, 2014 8:50 am

I have an Aptus II 10 in AFI mount. I would like to pair this with an RZ67 Pro IID. Is their an adapter plate to make this combination a reality?

Thank You

There is but it has been discontinued.
Item number was 518-03659A
This could be good if any Mamiya-Leaf partner have it on shelf.

Drew,

Thanks for this. So there is SOME hope, just got to track it down.

Sounds like a wonderful combination to me - Aptus II 10 mated to RZ Pro II D body with those lovely lenses.

What would the crop factor be for that back with the RZ glass?

So does the Aptus II 10 have a lens factor of 1.0? There is no mention of that particular sensor size.

Hi,

The lens factor for the Aptus-II 10 when used on a 6x7 camera is 1.34, so for example your 90mm becomes 120.6mm

To find a specific back's lens factor on a given camera, you need find the ratio between the diagonal size of the sensor and the diagonal size of the film gate: 66.6mm (Aptus-II 10) and 89.6mm (RZ film gate)

Hope this helps

I resume this 3ad. Have you tested your Mamiya RZ lens on your Aptus II/10 back?
Are always so good like on film?
I am interested too, thank you.
