I have an RZ67 professional bought in 1989. Is the digital back compatible with this camera?

Can you tell us what digital back you are looking to use on your RZ? If it is a Leaf back there are a few options with different adapters. As Drew suggests you need an adapter and you need a sync cable as basic requirement.
