burned in lights from previous shot!!

Does anyone have the problem that you see the lights (or very bright parts of the image) photographed in the previous image (2-5 seconds exposures) are kind of burned in in the following 2-3 images. This shows as black silhouette of the light...
I'm using a P45 back with about 40.000 exposures so far.
@phaseone - could this be repaired?

Thanks in advance,

Hi
This sounds like a timing issue which is affecting the black calibration.
Contact support with some sample images in order to analyse this further.
