How to use live view of IQ180 on Phase One 645 AF?

Postby NNN636626330388695603 » Tue Mar 02, 2021 12:48 am

I recently got an IQ180 digital back and used it on the Phase One 645 AF camera. But, unfortunately the Live view function didn't work properly. I set the shutter speed to Bulb and the camera as the shutter remains open until the button is pressed once again in Custom settings C-22. Sometime, live view worked but video showed on screen in very low refreshing rate and color looked so strange.

Hi
This back is a CCD sensor and not a CMOS sensor.
A CMOS sensor (like in the 50, 100 and 150mp Phase One backs) have 24fps, it has a shutter on sensor and can set white balance automatically.

The 80mp CCD sensor in the IQ180 can do about 1 to 2fps. It has no shutter so it cant be used on moving objects (creates shading of the objects if it moves during read out)
And white balance have to be set manually.

If you need further assistance then contact support Http://support.phaseone.com
