Mamiya 645AFDii and P65+

Sorry this question is asked a lot but I still haven’t been able to find a definitive answer.
I have an opportunity to buy a Mamiya 645AFDii and I want to know if it will work with the P65+ back ?
I know the Compatibility page says AFDii supports P & P+ backs excluding 45 and 65. However some people have said they do work, including the original sales brochure for the 65+ that states it is compatible with the Mamiya 645AFDii !
Can someone give me a clear answer ? Preferably someone who has actually put a P65+ on a 645AFDii.
