AFD and P20 - shutter problem?

I was doing a shoot recently and 9 times out of 10 the back recorded black frames.
I am pretty sure it is the camera body and not the back as the back records data as expected.

So is this a shutter issue?
The linked image is the only frame that recorded a combination of black and image. Other images are just black.
