Legacy Mamiya 645 (Super) Lens Repair (USA)?

Postby NNN635804184562136876 » Wed Oct 14, 2015 10:37 am

Came into a Mamiya 645 24mm f/4 ULD (fisheye) lens, that has some crud on the surfaces of a couple of the built-in filters. The rest of the optical path looks good.

Would like to investigate the feasibility of having someone who knows what they are doing disassemble/clean/reassemble.

Can anyone direct me to anyone in the USA who can do "deep repair"/cleaning on legacy M645 lenses? I am in the Denver, Colorado area (but anywhere in the USA would work). I can at least call them and find out if they have seen something similar before and can talk me through whether it is even worth trying.

Thanks.

Followup(s):

Sanford Camera Repair (Arlington, MA) "no longer repairs Mamiya 645 cameras". FYI.
