Hi The newest version of capture one pro 6.4.2 and 6.4.4 do not seem to work with my canon 1ds mark 111 when teathered,it seems to drop out and then i have to restart the software. Can you tell me which version of the software from the previous versions way back are suitable. I need to get a copy and reload on my system and where can i download the appropriate version from please. This is urgent. Thanks Andrew Furlong. Australia.

I am having this same problem with both 5D make II and III. I am shooting tethered to a Mac Laptop using Capture One. If I disconnect the USB tether cable from the Camera (Mark II or III) and then reconnect the cable to the camera I get a 'Camera can not be reconnected' message. The program can not attach to the camera again unless the entire program is restarted.
Can I solve this connection issue and how?
