Crashing

Still...even with the new update 6.4.2. Capture One Freezes my machine.


I have a very capable 2.4ghz 16 gb ram Mac Book Pro


The only way at the moment I can get capture one to work smoothly is open it after a restart!..


If I dare to open Capture One to process a file I might need for during a retouch using photoshop an deploying my iTunes . It Freezes my whole machine.


Phase One.....what is going on? Capture One has never been this since 3.7!!!




I have tried deleting the plists and your knew update!!!! This issues!!!

Have you raised a support case?

If not - raise a support case. This is a user-to-user forum, and not the way to get Phase One's attention.
