Cannot Process images

Postby Von1 » Fri Nov 12, 2004 7:49 pm

I have a problem today, I cannot process any images. This is a first, and I've tried everything, restarting, deleting prefs, deleting C1 Pro, reinstalling C1 Pro, repairing permissions.

The error it give is: \"Cannot write process images. The output folder does not exist. The batch queue has been stopped. Create a process folder for this session, then re-enable the batch queue.\"

Well, I've worked with this software for a long time, so I have a processed folder designated with the little process icon next to it. I've deleted it, and created another, and another, but something is wrong. I need to process images that a client shot yesterday with my P25, and I need to do them quickly, can anyone give me a headsup to this problem?

Von,

In addition to deleting the application preferences, have you also tried deleting the following files:

HomeDirectory:Library:Application Support:Phase One:Batch Queue: Batch Job List.xml

HomeDirectory:Library:Application Support:Phase One:Batch Jobs: Batch Job List.plist

Might also be worthwhile deleting the process destination underr the process tool and re-defining it.

Sorry can't be of more help,
Jason
