Hi all... had the same problem with PRO 3.7.7. and thx to support, I've successfully got an upgrade to 3.7.9 and it works fine. It's also possible to process files from Trash (I already checked right now).
As many others, I'm planning to keep 3.7.9.

I am using 3.7.7 LE and I have the same problem.I have read the threads on this forum,I searched but could not find the 3.7.9 LE update.I prefer the 3.7.x version to the 4.x
Is there any way to solve the problem?

All versions (PRO, DB and LE) exist as 3.7.10 can be found here
