Our Canon 5D's have refused to capture!!!!

We've been shooting Canon 5D's tethered to Capture One Pro 3.7.8 for more than a year in a high volume portrait studio. Today, first one 5D refused to capture, minutes later, a second camera went down and finally a third camera refused to be recognized by Capture One. We have the latest Canon firmware installed.
If anyone can offer some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you don't have the Canon capture software running at the same time as it will fight with Capture One over who should connect to the camera.
