Mamiya 645 AFD + P20 back still any good?

Hello, I would like to make a first step into MF and to keep things affordable the gear has to be second hand. I came across this set: Mamiya 645 AFD with 80mm 2.8 lens and Phase One P20 back for just under €2000. What can I expect from a combo close to 15 years old? I'm shooting with Fuji x-system (APS) and was thinking of using the MF set for portraits mainly. Appreciate your thoughts.

Hi
The Mamiya AFD was the first "digital designed" camera.
There is a few quirks with it and it is quite basic.
As this cannot use Leaf shutter lenses, you are limited to 1/125th in flash sync.
While a Mamiya DF which can use Leaf shutter lenses can sync flash up to 1/1600.
This could be good information when it comes to portraits.
